Première impression et résumé des deux premières semaines

Il est temps pour moi de faire mon premier résumé du stage, concernant les deux premières semaines. Je suis donc parti en stage chez Jane de Boy, un concept-store sur le Cap Ferret qui a bien évolué et s’est aussi installé à Bordeaux depuis quelque temps. Mon arrivée dans les studios Jane de Boy a été très bien accueillie, ils m’ont fait une place parmi eux comme si de rien n’était et je les en remercie. Mes débuts de stage ont été consacrés à la comparaison entre le site de JdB ( abréviation de Jane de Boy ) et ceux de ses concurrents directs, en particulier Lulli sur la toile. Je me suis donc focalisé sur l’analyse respective de ces deux sites pour pouvoir déterminer les principaux défauts du site de JdB par rapport aux autres sites de vente en ligne. Il s’est avéré que le site de JdB est plutôt vieux et n’a pas eu de refonte majeure depuis des années. Ainsi les concurrents directs, récemment arrivés et profitant d’un site tout neuf possèdent beaucoup d’atouts en comparaison, que ce soit par la possibilité de trier les produits, ou simplement en terme de design graphique. Après avoir établi une étude comparative de ce qu’il fallait améliorer sur le site en l’espace d’une semaine entière, j’en suis arrivé à devoir établir un cahier des charges pour la compagnie. Ce cahier des charges terminé, il ne me reste plus qu’à attendre la semaine prochaine pour avoir une réunion avec le développeur de la compagnie qui me donnera des tâches concernant la refonte du site en fonction de mes capacités. J’ai hâte de pouvoir contribuer à l’amélioration du site dans un environnement dans lequel je m’épanouis autant.
